George Utley plays Clark Gable in this adaptation of GABLE, my first one-person play. It had its premiere in 1984.
Kathleen Godwin is Carole Lombard in LOMBARD, which premiered in 1992 on the 50th anniversary of Carole's death. This was, in fact, the 3rd or 4th one-person play I wrote, but for various reasons, it took several years to mount a stage production. Since then, it's been one of my most popular plays and it even had a production in Lombard's home town (Fort Wayne, IN) about 3 years ago.
Working with both George and Kathleen has been a pleasure. Perhaps we can do do something else together one of these days.
