What took you so long to get here?

Where have you been all my life?

I’ll tell you where I’ve been.

I’ve been in show business!

Ever since I was a little kid and heard Pinocchio singing, “Hey, diddly-dee, an actor’s life for me,” that’s what I wanted. Well, not to be an actor.

I got tired of that during my freshman year in college.

So, what to do, what to do. . .

After many years as a Hollywood press agent, I became a writer…movies, stage plays, books.

Anything that was a challenge. I love telling stories.

After all, with due respect to actors, directors and other artists, isn’t the only truly creative aspect of the performing arts the written word?

Everything else is “interpretation”.

On this site you will find links to my many stage plays that are available for licensing, listings of my books that are available for purchasing, some of my screenplays that are available for optioning, plus my blog that will keep you apprised of my various on-going activities and we can get to know each other, maybe too well.

A Very Funny Movie

I watched BOWFINGER with Steve Martin and Eddie Murphy last night.

I hadn't seen the movie for years.

Sandy and I couldn't stop laughing, it is so funny.

The picture, directed by Frank Oz, has a hilarious premise that deals with a group of inept, no budget filmmakers, headed by Martin, who are making a movie with a major overly neurotic action star (Murphy) without his knowledge.

Think Ed Wood and PLAN NINE FROM OUTER SPACE, and you'll have a pretty good idea of what I'm talking about.

In any event, if you've never seen this movie, take a look. I guarantee that you won't stop laughing.

Now, here's something that my nephew, Pat, sent me:
